I got this toy for my 3yr old son who loves the toy story movies..he was excited to get it but its really small( I was picturing the ones I had as a kid in the 70's they were huge!) he just didnt get the balance thing....so he tried and fell a million times then gave up and went on to other toys...just probably should be a little bigger.

I am disappointed with this product because it was not what I was expecting. I was expecting something a bit more rugged and this seems very cheap and flimsy and the air doesn't seem to stay in it too well.
I bought it for my grand-daughter and she has no interest in it. I was excited about finding it, but disappointed with it when it arrived.

My mother in law purchased this ball for my son for Christmas, as she has a similar one at her house that he loves. I am not complaining about how well this ball is liked because I know it is. However, I was displeased with the way it came out of the package. I wanted to get it ready for my son before he woke up one day, so I proceded to open the box. When it came out, there was a VERY strong plastic smell. Also, it was covered in a greasy film that got all over my hands. As I am pregnant, I immediately put the ball back in the box. I'm not sure if it was just something from the plant where the toy was made or something to do w/ the packaging. I tried to call the company, who kept me on hold for about 5 minutes, telling me I was the 2nd person on the line waiting for a representative, and then I was put through to an answering service. My guess is they weren't really taking calls anyway, but I can't say for sure. I also can't be certain that whatever the smell was, that it was unsafe, but it was strong and disgusting. I don't think anything for a child should smell like that or have a nasty film on it coming out of the box. Had my son been a couple of years older, I would have let him open the box and inflate the ball. However, if I learned of the condition, I would be just as annoyed that he came in contact with it. I wound up having my husband air it out and wash the outside w/ hot soapy water. We're not extreme on being 'green' and 'all natural' all the time, but we do think it's good to care for the Earth. We also don't feel it's necessary for a toy for a young child - or any child - to cause concern like that upon opening the packaging. Particularly w/ the fact that I am also pregnant, this is a concern for me. Who knows what kind of chemicals I breathed in for our unborn child?

My 3 year old son had the Car's bounce ball and LOVED it. When it popped, I let him pick out the next one and he picked Buzz & Woody. When this ball arrived it was TINY in comparison to the Car's Ball. I returned it and went back to the Car's ball. It is such a great activity and hours of entertainment indoors and out.

I was pleased with the product. The only thing I would change is the description of the product. I had ordered more than one of these for gifts. (this type of ball) Not a single one mentioned size of ball, circumference, age appropriate size or anything as a reference to help with who would best be able to use the ball. My son ended up using the ball I got for my nephew, and vice versa. They really would have liked their intended themes better. My daughters was a bit big, but luckily she wasn't too far off.
