We got this for my son's third birthday. He really likes it. It feels like they tried to cram a few too many accessories into this pack with only two bodies. My son was very dissapointed that he couldn't create more characters at the same time. It features 4 characters, but you can only do 2 at a time. The quality seems good on most pieces, but I am worried about the face shield on the Buzz breaking, since it is a clear hard plastic that would crack easily.

the buzz shield plastic helmet piece that shields the eyes broke immediately. this was an expensive toy. my son was so dissapointed.

My son didn't even know he wanted this until he opened the present. His eyes lit up. :) My favorite part of finding the perfect gift. He played with it for hours, though he was disappointed there were only two potatoes and had to change the costumes rather than being able to play with all four characters at once.
I did find it a little weird that it came sans original box; although, it was still packed in the original wrapping (i.e. molded plastic glued to the blue cardboard). It's possible it just wouldn't fit in the shipping box otherwise. Of course, my son didn't care and it did make opening it for him to play with that much quicker. And I'm all for convenience on unwrapping toys on Christmas morning.
All the pieces were there and in new condition. We are happy with this purchase.
