 Only for the most profound fan... not little kids May 25, 2011

Big time fans and purists are going to love the detail and decent poseability: the claw-like hands, the ridiculous but movie-authentic nerf blaster (complete with hose to accelerator backpack). The cape's collar and bottom flare are exquisite. However, we got this for our little boy's 4th birthday and it's just too delicate for Toy Story's Andy-esque play. Zurg won't be able to hold up to Buzz's rigorous construction or even Woody's forgiving floppiness. Instead, this little gem needs to sit on some collector-enthusiast's desk, where he or she can play quietly and carefully with it while remembering the movies. Particular weak spots include the feeder hose consistently falling out of the gun (not the backpack) and the hard-shell cape coming loose from the shoulder moorings. Beautiful, and fits the bill for having a Zurg (few to be found!), but not for the very young, rough player.

This toy is neat to complete your toy story set however there are some flaws to make note of.
Issues:
1. The gun is awkward & huge. He can barely hold it up without it falling over as his wrists can do a 360 .
2. Expect his gun hand to break off after a few weeks of play. Worst toy design, im surprised it past expection. Wrist is a tiny piece of cheap plastic.
3. His cape is held on by 2 tiny nubby hooks. Its impossible for a young child to hook it in & it falls off easily.
4. Parents expect to be repairing/setting up this toy often.
Fun:
1. Zurg is cool
2. Nice for a collector who wont play with it.

Way over priced. Item did not come in a box, and has scratches and paint chips all over him. For 35 dollars I'd expect a little more. and it's TINY!!!

This toy comes with a cape that simply will NOT stay on! It's very difficult to keep up with it the way my 4 year old and 5 year old play with it. It's just not a durable toy, and they seem to have relatively no interest in it anymore since the cape won't stay on.
