 great toy for two year old Nov 03, 2010

I love this puzzle. My daughter who just turned two in october is having speech problems and works with a speech teacher once a week for an hour. she just started this in august and has developed alot within few months. One of their main toys they play with is puzzles. so this one i saw was great for her to work with the clothing and love the interchangable faces showing that one is grumpy,sad,happy,etc.
Plus my four year old likes to join along to play too!

I only purchased this because I needed to get to my $[...] shipping. My boys ages 2, 4 and 6 have played with this more than any other puzzle toy I've purchased. Together they can sit down and play with this for an hour. It's amazing!!

My daughter loves this toy. We can tell stories and dress the bear family to match the tone of the story. Also great for family roll play stories. It's also very portable and easy to take to friend's houses to keep the kiddo busy while we visit.

Best Value For Your Puzzling Dollar May 30, 2011

Our puzzle-mad son (age 2.5) loves, loves, LOVES this puzzle -- he'll endlessly swap around the three bears' outfits and facial expressions, all the while commenting on their moods ("Sad! Happy!") and wardrobe choices ("blue sweater!"). We gave this same puzzle to a slightly older friend (3-ish), and she uses the three bears to tell stories, swapping out pieces to support the plot as she goes along.
The only issue with this puzzle is that when we first gave it to our son (as a 2nd birthday present), he was too young to grasp that the pieces weren't interchangeable between the bears, leading to frustration when he tried to put Mamma Bear's head or blouse on Baby Bear's body. We put the puzzle up on the shelf for a few more months, took it down again, and had no more problems.

I bought this for my 3 year old and it's a huge hit! My 5 year old really likes it too. My son is a hard one to keep occupied for very long. He is always on the move! However, he will sit and play with this for at least a half hour... longer if he and my 5 year old are playing together. They love making stories to go with the outfits. "Daddy's going to work", "Ah, baby bear is sad because he has to go to school"....its so fun to listen to them pretend.
This puzzle is played with everyday.
The only thing I do not like about this puzzle is the fact that the pieces chip so easily. Granted my kids have played with it a lot but we have only had it about a week and one of the pieces is already chipped. I am still happy with this toy and would recommend it to others.
