I bought this bike for my 2 yr old for Christmas 2011. He loves the Buzz decals and loves riding it. Once it was assembled, it was a 5 Star product. Before, however, is another story. The instructions are HORRIFIC! They are tiny in print and nearly impossible to understand and follow. They are not numbered, the pictures are as small as the words and the instructions aren't written in complete sentences. Much is left to imagination as to how to figure things out. The instruction book seems to be for a number of different bikes and you have to figure out how set of various instructions apply to your particuliar bike. It took me, my dad and my grandfather the better part of 90 mins to assemble it. Just as frustrating, when I unloaded the bike, the decals/stickers were already unpeeling from the bike. Not all of the velcro on the front Buzz pieces worked and I'm waiting to hear from the company on replacing them. Over-all, the bike is sturdy and durable. My son loves it and, once it was put together, I really didn't have too many issues with it.
